We are independent consultants; we are not part of your employer’s HR team and we do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.4) Eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding agreement.5) Booking, Payment, Cancellations
All sessions must be booked and paid in advance via our scheduling link.Cancellations/Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session using your confirmation link. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.Refunds: Sessions are generally non-refundable once booked. If we cancel, you may select a refund or free reschedule.6) Confidentiality & Limits
We aim to keep sessions private. However, we may disclose information if required by law or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process, (b) prevent harm, fraud, or abuse, or (c) protect our rights.7) Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for your decisions and actions following a session. Do not share proprietary or confidential business information (company secrets, client lists, etc.).8) No Recording
You may not record sessions without prior written permission.9) Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, and frameworks are owned by Call HR Confidential and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.10) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.11) Limitation of Liability
